Terms & conditions

 

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations made directly through HolidayDany for stays at Casa Manus and Apartment La Luna.

By confirming a reservation, the Guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Contract

The rental agreement becomes legally binding once the Guest receives written booking confirmation from HolidayDany.

3. Accommodation

HolidayDany offers fully furnished holiday accommodation as described on the website.

The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.

Subletting is not permitted.

4. Prices & Payment

Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
• Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment immediately.

5. Cancellation

Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00

Check-out: until 11:00

Subject to availability, a late check-out may be arranged for €20.

Please leave the accommodation in a tidy condition.

Any damage or missing items should be reported immediately.

7. House Rules

Guests agree to comply with the HolidayDany House Rules during their stay.

These include respecting neighbours, avoiding excessive noise and taking reasonable care of the property.

8. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.

HolidayDany is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

HolidayDany shall not be liable for interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including power outages, internet interruptions, water supply failures, natural disasters or governmental restrictions.

9. Cancellation by HolidayDany

HolidayDany reserves the right to cancel a reservation if:

• payment is not received as agreed;
• false information has been provided;
• the Guest seriously breaches these Terms or the House Rules.

Where cancellation results from a Guest's breach of contract, refunds may be refused.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

The competent courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife shall have jurisdiction where legally permissible.

12. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
