Our Promise
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and HolidayDany.
Standard Rate
More than 30 days before arrival
Cancellation is free of charge.
Any payments received will be refunded in full.
14–30 days before arrival
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Less than 14 days before arrival
Unfortunately, no refund can be offered.
However, if we are able to re-book the accommodation for the same period, we will gladly refund the amount recovered, less any administrative costs.
No-Show
If a guest does not arrive without prior notice, the reservation will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Early Departure
If you decide to leave before the agreed departure date, no refund can normally be provided.
Changes to Reservations
We will always try to accommodate changes to arrival dates or length of stay whenever possible.
Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Force Majeure
If travel becomes impossible due to extraordinary circumstances beyond your reasonable control (such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions or similar events), please contact us.
While we cannot guarantee a refund in every situation, we will always try to find a fair and reasonable solution, including rescheduling your stay where possible.
Need to change your dates?
Whenever possible, we are happy to move your reservation to new dates instead of cancelling it. Our goal is to help you enjoy your stay in Tenerife, even if your plans change.
Booking.com Reservations
Reservations made through Booking.com or another booking platform remain subject to the cancellation conditions selected at the time of booking on that platform.
Where there is any difference between this policy and the conditions displayed by the booking platform, the booking platform's confirmed reservation conditions shall prevail.
We Recommend Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, travel delays and other unforeseen circumstances.
Travel insurance provides protection for situations that are beyond the control of both our guests and HolidayDany.
