Apartment La Luna

The ‘La Luna’ apartment is located in the second row from the sea and offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera opposite. The holiday apartment offers approx. 42 sqm over 2 floors and is divided into a kitchen-living room, bathroom, toilet and a bedroom. The apartment is bright and modern. Both terraces face south and offer sun almost all day long. The kitchen is equipped with all the important utensils and appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe and a double bed. In the living room there is a large sofa bed on which two more people can comfortably sleep, as well as a satellite TV. A large communal pool is available to guests. Bath towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV: free of charge.

House rules for guests apartment La Luna:

1. **Access and Security**:
- Gates and doors must remain closed at all times
- Tenants and visitors must return any community security keys when leaving

2. **Waste Disposal**:
- Do not leave or discard rubbish in corridors or communal areas. Waste disposal is the responsibility of residents

3. **Pets**:
- Tenants are not allowed to have pets

4. **Noise**:
- Noise levels inside apartments must always be kept to a minimum, especially during siesta time (14:00 to 16:00) and after 23:00 hours

5. **Balconies and Terraces**:
- Hanging towels, clothes, or rugs over balcony railings is not allowed
- Barbecues are not permitted on apartment terraces or in communal areas

6. **Pool Usage**:
- Pool use is limited to Sunflower owners and their tenants. Guests are allowed only when accompanied by a resident
- The pool is open from 10:00 to 20:30 - Glass objects are not allowed in the pool area
- No diving or jumping into the pool is permitted These rules ensure that guests respect the communal areas and apartment and maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.

A rental car is not necessary as restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance.

The location of the apartment is perfect for a car-free holiday: the beach is about a 10-minute walk away and there is a supermarket just around the corner. It is situated in a small, quiet complex with a swimming pool on the edge of the more touristy area around Los Gigantes. Places to visit include the Los Gigantes cliffs or Alcalá.
